Unfortunately, due to an increase in no-call/no-show appointments, I have made the difficult decision to require all new clients to prepay for their massage appointment.
If you are using a gift card, I'll simply need a photo of the front and back of the card before your appointment. In the event of a no-call/no-show, the gift card will be redeemed for the missed treatment.
All appointments must be canceled no later than 24 hr. befor your appointment time! T
his is not a decision I made lightly. It truly breaks my heart to have to implement this policy, but missed appointments take away time that could have been offered to clients who are waiting for an opening.
